On February 24, 2022, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, Kumquat & Citron Cleantech LLC (K&C), and Delmarva Power & Light Company (DPL) (K&C WMPA), designated as Service Agreement No. 6368.1 PJM states that it is submitting the K&C WMPA for filing because K&C requested interconnection of its generating facility, which will physically connect to the non-jurisdictional distribution facilities of Choptank Electric Cooperative, for the purpose of engaging in wholesale transactions in the PJM markets. PJM requests that the K&C WMPA be accepted effective January 26, 2022.
