THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of May, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between THE SHAKER HEIGHTS CITY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “Schools”), a school district in the State of Ohio, pursuant to the authority of its Board of Education, THE SHAKER HEIGHTS PUBLIC LIBRARY (hereinafter the “Library”), a library district in the State of Ohio pursuant to the authority of its Board of Trustees, and THE CITY OF SHAKER HEIGHTS (hereinafter “City”), a municipality and a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, pursuant to the authority of its Charter and Ordinances (together referred to as the “Parties”).
