The City of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, (hereinafter the “City”) and the Homeowners Association, (hereinafter the “the HOA”) enter into this Right-of-Entry and Indemnification Agreement whereby the HOA will grant the City, the United States, and their contractors, officers, employees, and agents, (hereinafter all of the foregoing described entities will be collectively referred to as “the City”) the right to enter onto HOA property described in Exhibit A attached hereto under the following terms and conditions:
