In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the documents that comprise the Agreement, the following order of priority shall apply: (1) Appendix A (solely as to product and service type, quantity and pricing, other than pricing within an SOW); (2) Appendix B (in respect of performance of the Project Services ordered thereunder and to their price and billing); (3) Service Agreement; (4) Schedule I; (5) Schedule II; and (6) all other Appendices (if any).
