This Service Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into this August 12th 2024 (“the Effective Date”), by and between Alamogordo Public Schools (“District”), and Specialized Education of Arizona, Inc. (“SESI”), referred to herein together with SESI as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”, in order for SESI to provide special education services to District students in furtherance of District fulfilling its legal obligations to deliver free and appropriate public education (“FAPE”) pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, as defined by 34 CFR §104.33; and; and the Individuals with Disabilities Act, as defined by 34 CFR §300.101.
