This Executive Severance Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective on November 7, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), between Haemonetics Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation with its principal offices at 400 Wood Road, Braintree, Massachusetts, 02184 (herein referred to as the “Company”), and Christopher A.
