Effective as at the date of this agreement, the Author(s) hereby grants to NII (National Institute of Informatics, Japan) a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable publishing license of the above work, on the understanding that the work has been accepted for publication by NII. The publishing license covers the right to reproduce and distribute the work, including reprints, translations, photographic reproduction, microforms, electronic formats, or any other reproduction of similar nature.
