This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Global Connection Inc. of Kentucky (Global), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, with offices at 3957 Pleasantdale Road, Atlanta GA 30340, and Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices at 4100 Roxboro Rd., Durham, NC 27704-2166. (Global and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
