MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEENAugust 7th, 2020
This Memorandum of Understanding (the “Memorandum”) shall become effective for three years, commencing on March 31, 2020 and ending December 31, 2023 It may be terminated by either Party giving six months’ notice of its intention to do so. Participants admitted under the program will continue to receive support at the levels and for the time periods stipulated above. The Memorandum will be reviewed during its third year of operation. If both Parties have no objection, it will be renewed for a further three years upon written confirmation.
