You must be 21 years old or older to sign this document. The cost of shipping, the kennel crate and health certificate is extra, and the responsibility of the purchaser. We guarantee our puppies for two year for hip and elbow dysphasia and eye entropy. If you have a problem, we require a copy of a vet exam and explanation sheet. We also have the option of a second opinion. We have 180 days to replace a puppy due to genetics stated above, or death due to genetics from the date of your vet's examination.
