Apartments, located at is applying to the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) for Section 811 Project Rental Assistance (811PRA) vouchers to serve tenants with special needs, as defined in Section II.E., below and in Attachment A of Addendum III approved by MSHDA as part of the application for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits by the Owner, for Apartments. As a prerequisite for voucher consideration, Apartments must ensure supportive services are made available to help tenants successfully live independently.
