This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees. It is the desire parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees, and to settle amicably differences or grievances which may arise time to time hereunder in the manner hereinafter set out.
