In accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the City of Santa Clara Resolution #2979, entitled "Employer-Employee Relations", This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) constitutes the results of discussions between the City Management Staff (City) and the formally recognized representatives of the Santa Clara City Firefighters, IAFF Local 1171, Unit # 1, (Union herein includes all successor representatives) on all matters within the scope of representation between December 16, 2007 and December 24, 2011.
