These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the media transformation services (“Services”) offered by Zeoshi, Inc (“Zeoshi”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through www.zeoshi.com. It forms a binding agreement between Zeoshi and you and, if applicable, the company or other legal entity you represent. By using any of the Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind the legal entity to this agreement, in which case "you" shall mean such entity.
