This Game Publishing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 21, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), by and among Makegameswithus, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at the address set forth on the signature page hereto (“Company”), and Ashu Desai, an individual with an address set forth on the signature page hereto (“Partner”) (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
