THIS PRINT AND MAIL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of July 30, 2018, by and between Routt County, a governmental subdivision of the State of Colorado (“Client”), and RUNBECK ELECTION SERVICES, INC., an Arizona corporation, whose address is 2404 West 14th Street, Suite 110, Tempe, Arizona 85281-6929 (“Runbeck”) (Collectively, the “Parties”).
