This AMENDMENT TO THE BROKERAGE AGREEMENT (“Amendment”) is made effective March 18, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company” or “Guardian”) and the Broker (“Broker”).
