This agreement (hereafter referred to as “the contract”) is between Name of Actor (hereafter referred to as “the Actor”) and Name of Production Company (hereafter referred to as “the Company”). This contract will set forth the terms under which Name of Production Company has agreed to engage the Actor for the motion picture currently titled Name of Film, hereafter referred to as “the picture”.
