These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you") and Gamedelta Ltd. (“we", “us", or “our") concerning your access to and use of the https://imps.me website and the Ether Kingdom game as well as any other media form, media channel related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site" and the “Game"). Ether Kingdoms is a distributed application that runs on the Ethereum network, using specially-developed smart contracts (each, a “Smart Contract”) to enable users to mine, own, transfer and use game characters known as IMPs in a constantly increasing variety of gameplay features. The Smart Contracts and the Site are collectively referred to in these Terms as the “Game”. Using the Game, users can use their IMPs to fight other Game users, take part in-game events, make purchases in the in-game shop, etc.
