The Recreation Department has identified its desired walled and cubed spaces this totals an additional approx. 1,200 square feet. Additional square footage (i.e. hallways, stairways, walkways, and/or any other necessary additional open space) is not included. The total space required is 8,600 sq ft. Proposers will need to indicate this on the floor plan they are required to submit, in strict accordance to the specification. To assist the City in this effort, the City is issuing this Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) to solicit responses from qualified Bidders who can meet the project requirements stated herein.
