This is a tentative addendum (“ADDENDUM”) to the agreement (“AGREEMENT”) between IATSE Local 16 (“IATSE") and the County of Marin (“COUNTY,” collectively “the PARTIES”), said AGREEMENT attached hereto as Attachment A. The terms of this ADDENDUM apply only to IATSE-represented employees. This ADDENDUM is subject to approval by the Marin County Board of Supervisors (“BOARD”).
