This Copado Access Agreement (“CAA”) and any Order Form(s) or documents incorporated herein (“Agreement”) sets forth terms under which Copado (“Copado”) shall provide Customer (as set forth in an Order Form) access to certain DevOps Services as described in the Order Form(s) (hereinafter “Services”) and is effective as of the date of last signature or execution of an Order Form that incorporates this Agreement by reference (the “Effective Date”). The applicable Copado contracting entity shall be the entity set forth in Exhibit 1 to this CAA.
