These Ziva Face Trainer Terms of Service (these “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Unity Technologies Canada Company and its Affiliates (“Unity”) and govern your use or access to the Ziva Face Trainer Service (the “Service”). By accessing, purchasing, or using the Service in any manner, you represent and affirm that you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by and comply with these Terms.
