This is Agreement is entered into this 1st day of April 2016 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Ventura County Transportation Commission, hereinafter referred to as VCTC, and Iteris Inc. hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT, to provide engineering services to develop a Ventura County Traffic Model (VCTM) as detailed in the Scope of Work and Project Proposal attached to this agreement.
