This Construction Contract Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 12 day of June, 2020 by and between City of Bloomfield, an Iowa Utility located at 111 W. Franklin St, Bloomfield, IA 52537 (“Utility”) and Liberty Line Builders Inc., an Iowa corporation located at 123 PINE LODGE RD / PO Box 907, Montezuma, IA 50171 with contractor's license number C135288 ("Contractor"). Utility and Contractor may each be referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
