This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Umbrella Agreement”) shall be for the purpose of NASA sharing its significant experience in thermal protection system (TPS) development, analysis, materials processing, and TPS integration with In Orbit Aerospace. This Agreement will allow NASA to work with In Orbit Aerospace in developing their own reliable and robust Entry, Decent and Landing (EDL) systems for Commercial Space endeavors.
