This FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of _____________, 2020, by and between the Upper Valley Waste Management Agency, a joint exercise of powers authority organized and operating under California Government Code section 6500 et seq. (the “Agency”), on the one hand, and Clover Flat Land Fill Inc., a California corporation (“CFLF” or “Contractor”), on the other hand (the Agency and Contractor are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”).
