This Joinder and First Amendment to Architect’s Contract (“Amendment”), dated as of June 30, 2017, is entered by and between the Buncombe County Board of Education (“Board”), SPARC Design, P.C., a North Carolina professional corporation (“SPARC”) and McMillan Pazdan Smith, PLLC, a South Carolina professional limited liability company authorized to do business in North Carolina (“MPS”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
