(f/k/a GreenBox POS) d/b/a QuickCard– (“Quickcard,”“we,” or “our”) and the entity or individual who enters into this Agreement (“Merchant” or “you”). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which you may utilize the QuickCard Payment Services.
