This is an addendum to an original agreement for personnel services, dated May 10th, 2022 by and between the 21st Century Cyber Charter School with its principal place of business located at 1245 Wrights Lane, West Chester, PA 19380 (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and School Operation Services Group Inc. whose principal place of business is maintained at 1220 Valley Forge Road, STE 19, Phoenixville, PA 19460 (hereinafter referred to as “SOS”). All terms and conditions of the original agreement remain in effect with the exception of the following additional item:
