Release: In consideration of the benefits of participation in the activities of Shakespeare’s Greatest Hits (“SGH”), I, for my minor child and/or myself, the heirs, personal representatives or assigns of my minor child and/or myself, consent to my child’s participation in SGH Activities and further waive all claims or causes of action against SGH, its agents, directors, trustees, employees, and volunteers (collectively refereed to as the “SGH Group”); arising out of my minor child’s and/or my participation in SGH Activities and hereby release, hold harmless and discharge the SGH Group from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to any loss, damage or injury (whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise), including death, that my minor child and/or I might sustain or that any of my minor child’s and/or my property might sustain while participating in any SGH Activities.
