In recognition of the common academic interests shared by Comenius University in Bratislava (hereinafter “CU”) and Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University (hereinafter “JGLS”) (together referred to hereinafter as ‘Institutions’), both universities agree to further develop the relationship recognised by the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 17 May, 2021. The objective of the Agreement is to establish, maintain and enhance educational interaction between the Institutions through initiatives detailed in this Agreement.
