These Terms and Conditions will govern the provision of certain services by Argus Cyber Security Ltd. (“Company”, “Argus”) to the client indicated in the Order. By executing the Order or otherwise accessing the Services, Customer hereby asserts its consent to this Agreement and the provisions contained herein. Company and Customer may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
