This Solar Energy Exchange Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of , is made by and between Florida Municipal Power Agency (All-Requirements Power Supply Project) (“FMPA-ARP”) and the City of Lake Worth Beach, Florida (“LWB”). FMPA-ARP and LWB may be individually referred to in this Agreement as a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”.
