By 1 October 2010, none of the Contracting Parties to the above-mentioned Agreement had communicated an objection to the Secretary-General. Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of article 20 (5) of the Agreement, the amendments will enter into force for all the Contracting Parties on the expiry of a further period of three months, i.e., on 1 January 2011.
