This Reimbursement Agreement for the County’s construction of a portion of the San Gabriel Parkway (“Agreement”) is made, entered into and effective as of , 20 , (the “Effective Date”) by and between Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Leander, Texas, a legal entity created by the City pursuant to Chapter 311, Texas Tax Code (“TIRZ #1”), the City of Leander, Texas (the “City), and Williamson County, Texas (“County”). TIRZ#1, the City, and the County are sometimes referred to herein as the “Parties.”
