The Agreement is for the Authority’s Water Smart Landscapes Program (Program), whereby schools are eligible to permanently reduce their water consumption demands by converting irrigated turf grass to drought-tolerate landscaping or planting a garden. The program accomplishes its goal by making incentive payments to the schools in the form of rebates.
