THIS FACILITIES SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), by and between Shelby County Board of Education, a school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”), having its principal place of business at 160 S. Hollywood Street, Memphis, TN 38112, and Sports Floors, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”), having its principal place of business at 6651 Reese Road Memphis, Tennessee 38133.
