This Corporate Support Services, Shared Resources, and Operations and Maintenance Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of , 2018 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between NextEra Energy Transmission MidAtlantic, LLC (“Company”) and NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, NextEra Energy Transmission, LLC, Florida Power & Light Company, and Lone Star Transmission, LLC (each, as such, a “Provider” and collectively, hereinafter “Providers”). Providers and Company are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively known as the “Parties.”
