This Intergovernmental Agreement for Law Enforcement Services for the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is made as of May 18, 2020, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“City”) and the Village of Menomonee Falls (the “Agency”) for the provision of law enforcement services to facilitate the safe and secure completion of scheduled Convention events and the protection of Convention delegates, dignitaries, media and the general public.
