This Agreement amends and restates the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 25 May 2011 between Party A and Party B, as amended and supplemented from time to time. Each Transaction under that 1992 ISDA Master Agreement dated as of 25 May 2011, as amended and supplemented from time to time, will continue to be a Transaction under this Agreement.
