This Confidentiality Agreement and Buyer Registration (“Agreement”) is entered into, as of the date below, by and between Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc., (“C&W”, “Agents”) and (the “Accepting Party”). The Accepting Party is interested in obtaining information regarding the properties commonly known as Village Commons located at 5300-5480 East Indiana Street, Evansville, IN 47715 (the “Properties”), in order to evaluate the possible acquisition of the Property (the “Proposed Transaction”). By signing this Agreement and receiving selected information pertaining to the operation of the Property, Accepting Party hereby agrees as follows:
