This document constitutes an agreement between the undersigned student-resident (hereinafter called “resident”) and West Chester University (hereinafter called “University”), acting by and through its Office of Residence Life and Housing Services, and sets forth the terms and conditions on which the resident will occupy the premises in the University student apartments. The University provides accommodations for scheduled students only, with preference being given to full-time undergraduate students and limited accommodations for graduate students.
