Troop 423 is a boy-led program that reinforces the principles of Scouting. It is a place where young men grow into the future leaders of this country through a combination of educational activities, learning lifelong values and having fun. It is a positive environment where all Youth and Adults are expected to behave in accordance with the Scout Law and the Scout Oath. This Code of Conduct Policy and accompanying Agreement is intended to reinforce these goals, foster the proper environment and protect both Youth and Adults.
