This Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2015 by and between the following parties: the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Ouray, Colorado, (“County”); the City of Ouray, Colorado, a municipal corporation, (“City”); the Town of Ridgway, Colorado, a municipal corporation, (“Town”); the Ouray Fire Protection District, a subdivision of the state of Colorado, (“OFPD”); the Ridgway Fire Protection District, a subdivision of the state of Colorado, (“RFPD”); the Log Hill Mesa Fire Protection District, a political subdivision of the state of Colorado, (“LHMFPD”); and the Montrose Fire Protection District, a political subdivision of the state of Colorado, (“MFPD”).
