Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Dickey's") and Stewart Foods, LLC ("Franchisee” or “you”) agree to this Addendum (the "Addendum") to that certain Franchise Agreement (the "Franchise Agreement") dated August 11, 2020 between Dickey's and Franchisee for the development and operation of a non-traditional Dickey’s Barbecue Pit® restaurant (the “Restaurant”), as follows. All capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Franchise Agreement.
