INTERESTED PARTY agrees to the wholesale purchase of Hand + Fire products at 40% off retail price per product for resale. INTERESTED PARTY is responsible for a non-refundable deposit of 50% for items upon agreement date, which upon completion date (approximately 4 weeks from contract sign date) will be put towards wholesale order total. If INTERESTED PARTY backs out of this agreement for any reason, the 50% non-refundable deposit will go to Hand + Fire.
