This Certification Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by You (as defined below), GBCI Canada Inc.(“GBCI Canada”) and Green Business Certification Inc. (“GBCI”), and constitutes a binding agreement between You, on the one hand, and GBCI Canada and GBCI, on the other hand. As used herein, the terms “You”, “Your”, “Yourself” and “Owner” refer to the individual(s) or entity(ies) that holds the legal right to possess and control or that has authority to fulfill the obligations herein, in each case with respect to, the real and personal property associated with the Project (defined below) and that is executing this Agreement.
