Please read through the Master Software and Services Agreement, as agreed with ‘Idox’ or the ‘Supplier’. ‘Supplier’ is defined as the relevant legal entity and wholly owned subsidiary of Idox plc as set out in the Statement of Work, Proposal or Quotation issued by Idox and accepted by you, as the Customer (the ‘Agreed Order’). If you, the ‘Customer’ do not agree to any the terms contained herein please do not install the Software.
