Worker Agreement: In consideration of RIVERVIEW BIBLE CAMP, I for myself, or the minor child named below, will work voluntarily to assist the RIVERVIEW staff to accomplish their tasks in a professional manner. In the case of injury while working voluntarily at RIVERVIEW BIBLE CAMP, I for myself, or the minor child named below, understand that an injury report will be filled out and filed in the camp office, and that a Labor and Industry claim will be filed to cover the health care needed. I agree to work safely and respectfully alongside all staff, interns and other volunteers.
